IOTA 1291 is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with low surface tension (23 mN/m, 25°C) and excellent water solubility. It can be mixed with water in any ratio. Its unique chemical structure allows it to closely adhere to leather surfaces, providing a smooth, shiny appearance and soft, comfortable feel.

• Improving Leather Feel:
  IOTA 1291 significantly reduces the friction coefficient on leather surfaces, providing a soft, smooth feel and solving the problem of poor hand feel found in traditional smoothening agents.

• Enhancing Gloss:
  In leather finishers, IOTA 1291 enhances the glossiness of leather surfaces, addressing the problem of dullness and lack of shine in leather products.

• Improving Abrasion Resistance:
  IOTA 1291 forms a uniform protective layer on leather surfaces, improving the wear resistance of leather and solving the issue of leather products wearing down easily.

Usage:
In leather smoothening agents and finishers, the recommended dosage is 0.5%-1.0%. For products requiring special anti-stick properties, the dosage can be increased to 2-4%.

Packaging and Storage:
IOTA 1291 is packaged in 25kg, 50kg plastic drums, or 200kg steel drums. During storage and transportation, moisture and contamination should be avoided. Under sealed and room temperature conditions, the shelf life is two years.
