Product Overview
The IOTA LSR 3100 series is a food-grade, platinum-catalyzed liquid silicone rubber (LSR) designed for creating ultra-soft, elastic materials. When AB components are mixed and cured, the result is a material with exceptional physical properties and a unique tactile feel, making it the ideal choice for stress-relief toys like "squishy" or "nene" toys.
Key Features and Benefits

Usage Instructions
-
Clean the mold surface or material to be sealed with white spirit or 3% dish soap solution before use.
-
Mix AB components in a 1:1 weight ratio. Use a scale for precision or an AB automatic dispensing machine for higher efficiency.
-
De-bubble: Pour AB components into stainless steel buckets with filters and place them in a vacuum chamber for 10-30 minutes. Alternatively, use a de-bubbling machine for 2-6 minutes.
-
De-mold the product in 3-5% dish soap water. The mold does not need further cleaning and can be reused immediately.
-
For color customization, mix pigment thoroughly with A component using an electric mixer.
-
Curing: Typically, the curing time is three times the operation time. For example, a 1-hour operation requires 3 hours for complete de-molding.
Storage and Precautions
-
Storage: Non-hazardous, store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and rain. Shelf life is 1 year.
-
Compatibility: Avoid mixing with condensation-type silicone rubbers, sulfur, phosphorus, or nitrogen compounds, as they may affect curing. If the mold was previously used for condensation-type silicone, clean it thoroughly with white spirit before use.
