If a solvent method is used to prepare coatings or binders, it is recommended to preferably use toluene or xylene as solvents. After fully dissolving the resin to prepare the paint (moderate heating ≤ 60℃ is allowed during the dissolution process), it is necessary to filter with a 200-mesh filter cloth before use and check whether the filtrate is clear. If a powder coating method is used to prepare resistor insulation coatings, it is necessary to ensure sufficient mixing and wrapping of the resin with pigments and fillers.
The packaging, storage, and transportation of IOTA 6080 are also very standardized. It is generally packaged in 25/50/200kg plastic-lined paper barrels. For storage conditions, it is recommended to store it hermetically in a cool and dry environment at 5~36℃. The corresponding shelf life is usually 12 months from the date of production (it can still be used if it passes the analysis after the expiration date).
