IOTA officially launches its new high-temperature release agent product—IOTA 257. This product features a unique long-chain alkyl and aralkyl co-modified polysiloxane formula, specifically developed for high-temperature applications such as aluminum alloy die-casting and engineering plastic molding. It offers exceptional high-temperature resistance and release performance, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
IOTA 257 is a high-temperature release agent (also known as high-temperature silicone oil, high-temperature thermal oil, and high-temperature lubricating oil). It appears as a light yellow to colorless transparent oily liquid. With 100% active content and a viscosity range of 1,000–1,500 c.s.t, it maintains stable performance at temperatures above 300°C, ensuring no smoke, no residue, and no carbonization, meeting the most stringent industrial release requirements.
