Professional Application Guide

Curing Process

  • Standard conditions: 145-155℃ × 70 seconds

  • Curing time can be adjusted according to product thickness and size

Operation Procedure

  1. Precisely weigh components A and B at 1:100 weight ratio

  2. Mix thoroughly to ensure no local concentration differences

  3. After vacuum degassing, proceed to coating process

Important Precautions

Avoid Catalyst Poisoning
