When hardness, temperature resistance, and gloss are perfectly unified
In the fields of kitchen appliances, industrial equipment, and specialized coatings, coatings must not only withstand high temperatures but also exhibit high hardness, high gloss, and excellent stain resistance. IOTA 6072-50D polyester-modified silicone resin, with its ultra-high hardness of ≥5H, excellent high-temperature stability, and outstanding surface decorative properties, provides the high-end coatings industry with an ideal resin substrate that combines protection and aesthetics.
Why choose IOTA 6072-50D?
Excellent hardness performance
After curing, the pencil hardness reaches ≥5H, with a dense and scratch-resistant surface, making it suitable for frequent contact and friction scenarios.
Excellent temperature resistance
It exhibits superior long-term heat resistance, maintains stable color under high temperatures, and has strong resistance to yellowing.
Hydrophobic, moisture-proof, and chemical-resistant
The paint film is dense and hydrophobic, resistant to moisture and corrosion, and suitable for high-humidity environments such as kitchens and bathrooms.
High gloss and fullness
The paint film boasts high gloss and rich texture, serving both decorative and protective functions.
Wide system compatibility
Using PMA solvent, it has good compatibility with most coating systems, making it easy for formula design and application.
