Application and Curing Guidelines

Formulation Recommendations

  1. First, add 2.5–3% dimethylethanolamine (relative to resin content) for neutralization

  2. Then, add approximately 70% water (relative to resin content) for dilution

  3. Adjust water content as needed for application, up to a maximum of 150% water relative to resin content

Curing Process Recommendations
Standard baking: 200°C × 30–40 minutes
Rapid curing: 250°C × 20–25 minutes
Note: Baking curing delivers optimal results; it is recommended to cure within the 200–250°C range


Usage Precautions

It is recommended to use compatible water-based additive systems
The application environment temperature should ideally be between 5–35°C
Mixed coatings should be used within 8 hours
Avoid freezing during storage; recommended storage temperature is 5–30°C
