IOTA-573 is an N-phenylamino-modified trimethoxysilane that combines the heat resistance of the phenyl group with the reactivity of the amino group. As an excellent adhesion promoter, it is widely used in resins, adhesives, sealants, coatings, composite materials, and foundry applications, particularly in systems with demanding high-temperature aging requirements.
Excellent Adhesion Promotion: Significantly enhances the bonding strength between organic resins and inorganic substrates (glass, metal, glass fibers, inorganic fillers).
High-Temperature Resistance: The introduction of the phenyl functional group provides superior high-temperature aging stability for composite materials and adhesives, especially in glass fiber-reinforced phenolic resin systems.
Broad Compatibility: Can replace conventional silanes such as 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (KH-550) and N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (KH-792), and is suitable for various resin systems including polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, and phenolic resins.
Adjustable Reactivity: The anilino structure provides reactive sites while offering more controllable hydrolysis and condensation behavior compared to traditional amino silanes.

Adhesion Promoter: Suitable for polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, phenolic, and other resin systems to improve adhesion to glass, metal, glass fibers, and inorganic fillers.
Adhesives and Sealants: Used as a primer treatment or direct additive to enhance bond durability.
Coatings and Surface Treatment: Used in glass fiber sizing agents, surface treatment agents, and primers to improve coating adhesion and weatherability.
Composite Materials: Improves the high-temperature aging performance of glass fiber-reinforced phenolic composites, extending service life.
Foundry Sand Binders: Enhances the bonding strength and heat resistance of foundry sand.
SPU (Silane-Modified Polyurethane): Can be used in polyurethane modification to produce high-performance SPU materials.
Surface Treatment of Inorganic Fillers in High-Temperature Resins: Improves filler dispersion and interfacial bonding, enhancing overall heat resistance.
