—— The New Benchmark for Eco-Friendly, High-Performance Heat-Resistant Coatings
Facing the dual challenges of high-temperature applications and stringent environmental regulations, IOTA 68604 waterborne silicone resin emulsion offers an ideal solution. Using water as the dispersion medium, it combines the inherent thermal stability of silicone materials with green manufacturing principles—delivering both performance and compliance.
Low odor, free from toluene, xylene, and other hazardous solvents
Meets increasingly strict environmental regulations
Nonionic emulsifier system for broad compatibility
Excellent water dilutability and high-speed dispersion stability
Resistant to acids and alkalis; stable under heat storage, centrifugation, and dilution
Fast surface drying at room temperature; good wetting and leveling properties
When formulated with suitable heat-stable pigments, fillers, or metal powders, can be used to produce waterborne coatings resistant to 200–1000°C
After full curing, the film exhibits excellent thermal stability, weatherability, and salt spray resistance
Balanced hardness, toughness, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance
Good chemical resistance, suitable for demanding industrial environments
Curing at 200–280°C for 10–60 minutes
Recommended optimal curing conditions: 220°C for 30 min or 280°C for 10 min
Under these conditions, optimal salt spray and chemical resistance are achieved
