IOTA 2021 is a high-performance emulsion based on hydrogen silicone oil as the main component. It is non-irritating and forms a thermally stable film between the mold and the product, imparting excellent surface smoothness. The product does not corrode molds, is incompatible with polyurethane, and enables easy demolding. It also provides good lubrication between metal and non-metal surfaces, effectively reducing mold maintenance and repair costs. Thanks to its outstanding stability, it can be diluted with water without stratification or oil separation, and can be used in extreme temperatures ranging from -70°C to 300°C.

Fabric finishing and building material protection
Crosslinks into a film in the presence of metal salt catalysts. When mixed with hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion, it improves the water repellency and softness of fabrics. Also applicable for moisture-proof and waterproof treatment of leather, paper, glass, ceramics, metal, cement, marble, and other building materials.
High-performance mold release agent
Exhibits good film-forming properties and heat resistance. Forms a thin film on the mold surface without chemical reaction or corrosion to the mold. Features low application quantity and stable release performance.
