IOTA 6056 is a high-performance phenyl silicone resin with excellent high and low temperature resistance, water repellency, moisture resistance, electrical insulation properties, arc and corona resistance, weatherability, and chemical stability. It dries quickly at ambient temperature, and after full curing, the film exhibits high hardness (≥2H), high gloss, excellent fullness, and no yellowing at elevated temperatures, with a high temperature resistance rating.
IOTA 6056 is widely used as a base resin for high-temperature resistant coatings (400–650°C), specialty coatings, and Class H insulation coatings.

Diluting solvents must be free from water, sulfur compounds, pyridine, and impurities, which may affect adhesion, drying, and other properties.
During processing, flammable, explosive, and toxic solvents such as xylene will evaporate. Ensure adequate ventilation, strictly prohibit open flames, and provide proper personal protective equipment for operators.
All equipment and utensils must be clean. Prevent contamination from dust, foreign matter, and water.
Acids, alkalis, organic acid salts, and amines accelerate curing and affect heat resistance and electrical properties. Store away from these substances.
Packaging: Available upon request
Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from acids, alkalis, and amines
Shelf Life: 6 months from date of production (material exceeding this period may still be used after passing analysis)
