Product Introduction
IOTA 6862 is a self-crosslinking waterborne silicone resin emulsion developed with an innovative process. It forms a film without the need for external crosslinkers, featuring fine particle size (≤400nm), excellent wettability, outstanding freeze-thaw resistance, and a bluish opalescent appearance. It can air-dry at ambient temperature or be force-dried by baking (180–230°C for 30 minutes), offering flexible application options. It is suitable for anti-corrosion coatings, barbecue grills, mufflers, Class H insulation equipment, and other high-temperature coating applications, withstanding 200–800°C. Additionally, it exhibits good compatibility with acrylic, epoxy, and polyester emulsions for formulation optimization.
