Product Overview

IOTA 203 is a methyl low-hydrogen silicone oil containing reactive Si–H functional groups along its molecular chain. In the presence of a catalyst, it can undergo hydrosilylation or dehydrogenation reactions with double bonds, hydroxyl groups, and other reactive sites. Colorless and odorless, it offers controlled reactivity and stable performance. It is widely used as a basic raw material for foam stabilizers, defoamers, water-soluble silicone oils, ultra-clean ceramic anti-fouling agents, and as a crosslinker for addition-cure silicone rubbers.
