IOTA 6153 is a methyl phenyl silicone resin offering excellent electrical insulation, arc and corona resistance, high/low temperature resistance, water repellency, and moisture resistance. It also exhibits outstanding weatherability, ozone resistance, and chemical stability. Specifically designed for Class H electrical insulation materials, it is an ideal base resin for high-end insulation products.

This resin is supplied in xylene solvent. Viscosity can be adjusted as needed. Recommended curing condition is 200°C×1h, which can be modified based on workpiece size and equipment capabilities.
