IOTA 6080 is a colorless to light yellow transparent solid pure methyl silicone resin, combining high purity with excellent processability. With 100% solid content, low volatile content (≤3%), and a moderate softening point (95–110°C), it offers flexibility for solvent-borne coatings, powder coatings, and hot-press molding applications. 1. Laminate Insulation Bonding

Solvent Method: Toluene or xylene is recommended as the solvent. Dissolve the resin completely before formulating. Moderate heating (≤60°C) may be applied during dissolution. Filter through a 200-mesh cloth and verify clarity before use.
Hot-Press Method: Can be used directly in hot-press molding processes for powder coatings or molding compounds.
