IOTA 61036 is a silicone hydroxyl organosiloxane resin flame retardant specifically designed for transparent polycarbonate (PC) flame retardant systems. When used in combination with sulfonate-based or phosphorus-silicon flame retardants, it effectively enhances the flame retardancy rating to UL94 V-0 (1.6–2.0mm) while significantly improving anti-dripping performance, with virtually no impact on PC transparency or haze – achieving "flame retardancy enhancement without transparency loss."
