IOTA 6861 is a self-emulsifying waterborne silicone resin emulsion specifically designed for high-performance waterborne high-temperature coatings. It disperses stably without external emulsifiers and can be formulated with various heat-stable pigments and fillers. Its ambient self-drying property makes it particularly suitable for large industrial anti-corrosion equipment and on-site applications where baking is not feasible. After curing, the film exhibits excellent fullness, gloss, and hardness, while also blending well with acrylic, epoxy, and polyester emulsion systems. It is widely applicable to waterborne high-temperature coating formulations in the 200–800°C range.
